Smithfield Collision Repair Process

Our repair process is as easy as pie. Here’s what we’ll do:

If your car is drivable:

Bring your car in, no booking is necessary we will do an Estimate
We will assist you with Lodging a claim with your insurance company
We will then book your car to be assessed by the insurance assessor.
Once authorized we will order your parts and book the vehicle for repairs

If your car is towed in:

Contact us with your details whether private or insurance
An estimate will be prepared and if it is an insurance claim we will book the vehicle in for an assessor to inspect.
Once authorized we will order parts and continue with the repair process
