Our repair process is as easy as pie. Here’s what we’ll do:
If your car is drivable:
- Bring your car in, no booking is necessary for us to provide an estimate
- We will assist you with lodging a claim with your insurance company
- We will then book your car to be assessed by the insurance company
- Once authorised we will order your parts and book the vehicle for repairs
If your car is towed in:
- Contact us with your details whether private or insurance
- An estimate will be prepared and if it is an insurance claim we will book the vehicle in for an assessor to inspect
- Once authorised we will order parts and continue with the repair process
